Sune Smith-Nielsen
Sune Smith-Nielsen was appointed as Sporting Director July 1, 2024, succeeding Peter Christiansen.

Sune Smith-Nielsen came from a position as Development Director at F.C. Copenhagen, where he was primarily responsible for the Talent Department.
He joined F.C. Copenhagen in 2008 and has been the main person responsible for establishing and developing the Talent Department to a high, international level.
Previously, he was a talent development coach at B.93 for six years and a division coach at Næstved Boldklub for a year and a half. He also completed a master's degree in Human Resource Management at Copenhagen Business School and worked with HR tasks in the private sector for a couple of years before joining FCK in 2008.
As Sporting Director he reports to the board of directors of PARKEN Sport & Entertainment and has overall responsibility for all activities in the club's sporting department.
