Diks: Great to have Babacar around again

F.C. Copenhagen full-back Kevin Diks says he is delighted to have been reunited with former team-mate Khouma Babacar in the Lions squad.

Babacar joined FCK in January having spoken to Diks about the club before putting pen the paper.

The pair played with each other in Italy for Serie A side Fiorentina.

And Diks told FCKTV that he's glad to be playing alongside Babacar once again.

"I played with him at Fiorentina," Diks says. "When I went there I was 19 and he was there for me even though we didn't speak the same language. He took me into his house and helped me a little bit in Florence.

"He took me in, took me everywhere, to training and around the club. So I was really grateful that he's now here also. It's really nice to have him here."
