Ståle: We lacked rhythm against Hobro
Saturday’s clash against Hobro IK ended 0-0, with the visitors creating the most opportunities in an action-packed encounter.
After the game, Ståle Solbakken was not happy at all.
"We lacked rhythm in our game today and we are making too many technical errors,” he said.
“It seems that some of our players lack a little of confidence.
"Today, Hobro won far to many balls and we were very vulnerable. Too much was too easy for Hobro.
“There are many of our players working on things and it's not just one thing that's wrong.
“There are several things that did just not work today. Some players made some technical mistakes, but others made more tactical mistakes - and all in all, we lack rhythm."
One of the players who came into the side was Nicolaj Thomsen. About his performance, Ståle said:
"I am pleased with Nicolaj's efforts, he generally does well after he was replaced.
“In addition, we brought Peter Ankersen onto the bench, and that was because we would like - if the chance offered - to have given him some game time."
