Babacar to miss AaB clash with injury

Khouma Babacar will undergo a minor operation for an injury that he has carried for the past month – and so will miss F.C. Copenhagen's last match of the season against AaB on Sunday.

Babacar has been training and playing matches with pain for a month but has nevertheless made himself available for selection, during a period where the squad has suffered a number of injuries.

Following last Sunday's 2-0 win over Randers – in which Babacar scored in stoppage time – it was decided that he would be spared the AaB game and undergo his operation.

The plan is for Babacar to be available to participate in the team's pre-season training during the summer.
