Focus on FCK vs Manchester City
F.C. Copenhagen host Manchester City in the UEFA Champions League this evening, with the Lions seeking to improve on the result suffered last week in England.
The club expects a sold-out Parken Stadium for the 6:45pm kick off. As always, the final attendance figure will only be known during the game, but we can also expect around 3,200 away fans from City to make noise in the D Stand.
Both tiers of Sektion 12 are full, while there may be a handful of tickets remaining from sponsors handing back seats head of kick off. Fans are advised to arrive well ahead of time to avoid long queues, and to enjoy the FCK Fan Zone that has moved to behind the C Stand.
Monday's pre-match training
The Lions gathered as usual at Parken Stadium for the traditional matchday minus-one media gathering. Head coach Jacob Neestrup fulfilled his media duties, before the players got on the club coach and travelled to Helsingør, to train at Helsingør Stadium in the afternoon.
City, meanwhile, trained at home on Monday morning before flying to the Danish capital. Pep Guardiola and Nathan Ake were on hand to speak to the media.
Ake expects tough challenge
Speaking about Tuesday's game, Ake said: ""All the players know that we have to focus only on the next game, otherwise mistakes can happen. I expect it to be tough in Copenhagen.
"When they played us [last week], you could hear their fans singing throughout the game and I expect it to be like that tomorrow as well. It will be a difficult game, but we are ready for the challenge."
Guardiola: Copenhagen will perform
City boss Guardiola, meanwhile, said he may well rotate some of his squad on Tuesday.
"Yes, it's true, in the last 25-30 minutes of close games, the risk of fatigue and injury increases," he said. "I'm pretty sure that the Copenhagen players have pride and that they want to go out and perform.
"But at the same time, we have the chance to ensure that we progress from the group, so we go out to win. If that doesn't happen, that's because Copenhagen played to their best. In the Champions League, you get few chances, and we have to take advantage of them."

It is the fourth time that 43-year-old Artur Dias has refereed an FCK match. The most recent time was the away game against Celtic in February 2020 (which FCK won 3-1). He also refereed our home game against AFC Ajax in March 2017 and the away game against VfB Stuttgart in 2012.
The same two assistants who officiated the Celtic game will also run the line this evening.
Cards and suspensions
No FCK players are suspended. Marko Stamenic will be suspended for one game should he pick up a yellow here.
