Visiting guide for Chelsea fans

F.C. Copenhagen would like to welcome Chelsea fans to the Danish capital and Parken Stadium for the UEFA Conference League match on Thursday 6 march at 6:45pm CET.

Tickets
Away tickets are sold exclusively by Chelsea FC.

You are only allowed to display your association with Chelsea FC, e.g. by wearing colours, clothes, scarves and the like, or sing songs or chants related to Chelsea FC, in the away section.

Any away fans sitting in the home sections of the stadium may be denied entry or withdrawn from the ground.

Please note that in the stadium on matchday you are not allowed to wear colours, clothes etc. which may be related to other teams than the home team and the visiting team.

Transport
The away section is section D1/D2 in Parken Stadium’s D Stand, and the gates open at 4:45pm CET.

Dedicated train
The police are providing a dedicated train for Chelsea supporters, free of charge, which will depart at 5pm CET from The Central Station ("Københavns Hovedbanegård") to Svanemøllen Station. It takes 15 minutes, and from there the police will guide supporters to walk to Parken Stadium (25 minutes).

Metro
If you arrive by Metro line M3, we recommend only using the stations Poul Henningsens Plads or Vibenshus Runddel, where it is easiest to access the away section, and that you not use Trianglen Station and Østerport Station.

S-train
If you arrive by S-train, we recommend that you only use Svanemøllen Station, where it is easiest to access the away section.

We also recommend that you return by this route when leaving Parken.

Information in English about tickets for public transport and tickets can be found here at publictransport.dk.

Car / taxi
We strongly recommend that you do not arrive by car. The parking options at Parken Stadium are very limited and not available, while the parking in the surrounding neighbourhood is also very difficult on matchdays.

If you arrive by taxi, we recommend that you go to Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads, which is around 300 meters from the entrance to the Away Section in the D Stand.

Fanshop
Our official Fanshop at Parken Stadium (the corner of Øster Alle and Per Henrik Lings Alle) is open on Monday-Friday from 10:00-18:00, and on matchdays until kickoff.

You can always visit the web shop at fckfanshop.dk.

Stadium regulations
Small details have a big impact on how we all, as football fans, enjoy the game. Therefore, we encourage all fans to read Parken's stadium regulations. These are aligned with the Danish Superliga and UEFA.

Contact
You are welcome to contact our customer service at info@fck.dk. Applications for tifos should be sent to our security department at security@parken.dk.

Accessibility for away fans in Parken
Accessibility tickets should also be bought through Chelsea FC. The accessible seating – including seats for assistants and plus-ones if required – are on a specific platform immediately next to the away section.

Kørestolspladser på D-tribunen

Accessible away fans should use the VIP entrance just next to the away fan entrance in the D Stand. Stewards will assist with access to a lift to the third floor, from which there is direct access to the disabled spaces and easy access to a disabled toilet.

Parking spaces for all accessible visitors are located behind the B Stand – the opposite end to the D Stand. If accessible fans of the away team need a parking space, we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Service team at info@fck.dk, and we will find a solution as close as possible to the D Stand.

We can always arrange a stopping point at the stadium's gate area (the corner by the A and D stands), from which there is only a short distance to the entrance for accessible away fans.
