New roles across F.C. Copenhagen's sporting department
Since taking office this summer, sporting director Sune Smith-Nielsen has examined the distribution of roles a cross F.C. Copenhagen's sporting sector.
The player recruitment and transfer area has been of particular focus, and a few new roles and a single new face are now in place.
Andreas Hintze is promoted to technical director with main responsibility for scouting and recruitment, reporting directly to Smith-Nielsen.
Mikkel Køhler will continue as head of recruitment, but now with a primary focus on top talents and the U19 team. Køhler will, in collaboration with Smith-Nielsen, handle the daily senior management of the FCK Talent Department until a new development director is in place.
Daniel Mofid joins the set-up with a focus on administration and legalities, and will be given the title of executive assistant to Smith-Nielsen.
"I am very satisfied with the team, and I am confident in their skills. These are people I have known for several years and whom I have great confidence in,” says Smith-Nielsen.
“Together we will continue to develop our transfer set-up and strengthen the area further. The department will therefore continue to develop in the future.”
