FCK reaction
"It was great to win," Skov said after the game.
"We faced a really good team today with many talented players, but we delivered a very good team performance.
“I think we played well and defended well and restricted them to a few chances, considering their strength. We did what we needed to win.”
Goalscorer Ankersen also spoke to FCK.dk and said: “Most importantly, we delivered a solid performance against a very good team.
“We got our tactics right today and we must do that again on Sunday when it gets serious against Brøndby.”
Ståle Solbakken
FC Copenhagen manager Ståle Solbakken said: "There has been good progress, and today we met the best of the three friendly teams.
“Shakhtar are, in my opinion, better than Zenit, and when they play fast, things usually go well. We saw that in the first half when they started with their first XI.
“But we defend well and even had some good attacking opportunities. We restricted them to four or five chances and also created many things ourselves.
“So I'm happy. was a good achievement today.”
