Khocholava: FCM clash will be crazy
F.C. Copenhagen's Superliga table-topping clash with FC Midtjylland on Sunday will be another full-house in Parken – and centre-back David Khocholava reckons the atmosphere will once again be off the scale.
"We're look forward to a crazy atmosphere in Parken!" said Khocholava as he trained with the players ahead of Sunday's 6pm kick-off.
"We're sensing it already and know the fans are preparing a tifo. Everyone is looking forward to Sunday, and I just hope that we can make the fans happy with the result and continue our good form."
FCK remain undefeated from the first 15 games of the season, which include nine straight victories in the league and Europe.
Asked if he expected this when he joined the club in in the summer, Khocholava said: "Yes, well, I said when I came here that I only expected victories.
"We have a really good organisation and a good team, where there is a great atmosphere, so I believe we can continue the winning streak."
Sunday's clash is the second of the season that will be played in front of a full-house in Parken, with more than 33,000 supporters having secured their seat for the game.
And Khocholava is enjoying the experience of playing in front of big crowds.
"Of course I feel that we're playing a lot of matches, but the physical aspect is completely offset by the energy and mentality we have in the team," he said.
"I really feel like we are building something big, and the way we're motoring at the moment, it's not a problem to go into every match and give 100 percent. And even mores when you consider the atmosphere that awaits on Sunday.
"I have seen Midtjylland on TV, and we have, as usual, gone through a thorough tactical analysis of our opponents, so we are physically, mentally and tactically ready for the game."
