Oikonomou leaves FCK
F.C. Copenhagen and Marios Oikonomou have come to a mutual agreement to cancel the player's contract, meaning he is now free to find a new club.
"Marios had much of his spring ruined due to injuries and there has been a long road for him to play this season, so we have now chosen this solution so that he can progress in his career," says FCK sporting director Peter Christiansen.
"Marios only managed to play 20 games for the club, but he has always been a good teammate on and off the pitch and, among other things, has supported many of our young players. He has always acted very loyally and professionally at F.C. Copenhagen, and we wish him luck in the future."
Everyone at F.C. Copenhagen wishes Marios all the best in the future and thank him for his efforts for the club.
