Ståle and Zeca look to Red Star clash
FC Copenhagen face Red Star Belgrade in UEFA Champions League qualifying on Tuesday.
And manager Ståle Solbakken is ready for the atmosphere the Rajko Mitic Stadium can create.
"We have never played here before, but we look forward to the match," Ståle said.
"We know Red Star are a good team that are especially strong at home."
Ståle is also optimistic about the Lions' chances in Serbia.
"Our strength as a team is that we are a solid team, a strong team that stands together," the boss said.
"We hope we can get a good result tomorrow, so we still have a realistic chance to decide for ourselves in the home match next Tuesday.
"We know they have good individual qualities, especially up front, where they can play with two different attackers, one being more physical in his game than the other.
"And then of course there is Marko Marin and different options on the wings, so now we have to see who they prefer from the start."
Meanwhile, FCK captain Zeca admits the task will be tough for his side.
"We know it will be difficult, but it will be an atmosphere that we all want to play in, so we look forward to tomorrow night. And we are optimists," said Zeca.
We expect 120 FC Copenhagen supporters to make the trip to Belgrade for Tuesday's game.
Supporters back in Denmark will be able to watch the match live on 3+ and Viaplay.
