Ståle: Tough match vs Dynamo
F.C. Copenhagen manager Ståle Solbakken is expecting an even match when his side face Dynamo Kiev in the UEFA Europa League tonight.
FCK host Dynamo in Telia Parken at 18:55 today – just a couple of weeks since the 1-1 draw in Ukraine.
"I think it will be a tough and even match, with both teams getting their opportunities," Ståle said.
"Regardless of the outcome, I think the group will be close. It also depends on how things are going between Malmö and Lugano. But the course that match doesn't change how we approach the fight tomorrow.
"We go out to get three points, but we feel far from certain about the win against Dynamo, who are both good as a team and have good individuals. We did well down there and it obviously gives us confidence, but they are the group favourites.
"It's hard to say in advance whether a draw will be a good result. It may well be, but if we have plenty of chances to decide it, then it's not satisfactory.
N'Doye latest
"It is clear that Dame N'Doye is not ready for Thursday, but he is working to get ready on Sunday. After last Sunday's game against SønderjyskE, where we withdrew him in the second half, I realised it wasn't realistic to have him in my plans for the Dynamo match.
"Fortunately, our attack has gotten better and better lately, with both Pieros Sotiriou and Michael Santos scoring more goals and Nicklas Bendtner also breaking his duck in the cup."
