Title celebrations, Claesson's goal and farewell Zeca
F.C. Copenhagen fans rounded off the 2022/23 Danish Superliga season against Randers on Sunday by celebrating not just a glorious cup and league double, but also paying tribute to some departing players.
Top amongst them was Carlos Zeca, the club captain who leaves this summer after six years at the club.
Zeca played his 194th game for the Lions, lasting just 15 seconds as he ceremoniously kicked the ball out of play, applauded the Parken crowd, and was substituted for William Clem.
The departing Kalle Johnsson and Marko Stamenic were also given raucous ovations before kick-off inside a sell-out stadium.
As for the game, Stephen Odey put Randers ahead before half time with a neat first-time finish. Viktor Claesson then grabbed the equaliser in the second half, to ensure the points from the final game of the season were shared.
FCK's players lifted the Superliga trophy at the end of the game, and will now go on a well-deserved break before returning to begin pre-season training later this summer.
