Training in La Manga

The F.C. Copenhagen squad arrived for winter training in La Manga on Sunday afternoon and got to work with some exercises late in the afternoon.

After a five-minute bike ride from the hotel to the training pitches, the players got the blood pumping before a settled first evening in Spain.

The first-team's training programme is set for Monday to Friday, with some dats including two sessions on the field, whole others feature one training session and one session in the fitness rooms.

Training matches in Spain are as follows:

• F.C. Copenhagen vs Silkeborg IF – Saturday at 4pm
• F.C. Copenhagen vs Elche CF – Sunday at 12:30pm

The squad then travel back to Copenhagen next Monday. Oscar Buur is the only absentee from the group right now, as he is awaiting surgery on a broken finger before traveling to Spain.
