Parken reception goes digital

Parken Stadium's main reception is to be closed and will be replaced with a new check-in desk in 2025.

As part of F.C. Copenhagen's strategy for better spectator experiences and increased digitalisation across the club, the physical reception on Per Henrik Lings Alle will change to a digital host from 1 January 2025.

This means all visitors – including suppliers, contractors, and guests, will need to check in via a tablet screen and meet their point of contact thereafter.

Check-in via tablet
The tablet screen will be present at the VIP entrance on Per Henrik Lings Alle 2 (right next to the previous reception).

Guests must check in themselves via the tablet, located inside the door. Simply enter the name of the employee you have an agreement to visit, after which the employee will be notified that you have arrived and need to be picked up.

If there are problems with check-in, simply press the "Help" button and Customer Service will be contacted.

Digital reception in Parken
The aim of the digital reception is to free up more space for hospitality and make the check-in process easier. Below are further details on specific types of check-in:

Parking
The physical reception has previously issued parking permits to guests. In future you will be sent a QR code from the employee you have an agreement with.

Parcel delivery
Packages for Parken and F.C. Copenhagen must be delivered to Parken Services’ goods depot or to the Fan Shop's goods depot.

Customer service
F.C. Copenhagen’s and Parken’s customer service was previously located in reception. Both desks are now moving to the 6th floor – and are also taking over Parken’s main number. They will also answer if you need help with the digital screen.

Lost and found
Lost and found, or forgotten, items that were previously stored in reception will move to the Fan Shop on Øster Alle. If you have any questions about forgotten items, you can either heads to the Fan Shop or email shop@fckfanshop.dk.
