Stamenic joins HB Køge on loan

F.C. Copenhagen have loaned out Marko Stamenic to Danish second-tier side HB Køge for the rest of 2021.

Stamenic is not a regular part of the first-team squad at F.C. Copenhagen but the New Zealand midfielder made his debut in the Danish Superliga last autumn and has been in the matchday squad several times.

He will now join up with his new team-mates at HB Køge in Denmark's second tier.

"It will be good for Marko's development to go to HB Køge, where he has good opportunities for more stable playing time at a good level," says FCK sporting directory Peter Christiansen.

"He needs that right now, and then we look forward to seeing him back at FCK after the New Year."
