Daramy: Transfer talk doesn't affect me
F.C. Copenhagen youngster Mohamed Daramy was delighted to get on the scoresheet once again as the Lions beat Lokomotiv Plovdiv 4-2 in Thursday's UEFA Europa Conference League qualifier in Parken.
The 5-3 aggregate victory means FCK progress to the playoff stage where they will face Sivasspor over two legs.
And Daramy was delighted to bag his second goal of the season.
"It went really well today, we won and played well, everyone on the field was happy and it worked exactly as it should - and we also scored a lot of goals," he said.
"I am in good form and in good shape. I've been able to build my game and my one-on-one relationships (with my team-mates) and I have become much harder to play against."
FCK confirmed in the week that we have received an offer from Club Brugge for Daramy, and negotiations are ongoing.
However, the 19-year-old revealed he wasn't thinking about that when he took the field.
"I don't think the talk of a transfer affects me, I have my head in Copenhagen and I am happy to be here - as you could see today," he said.
"As for the negotiations, such things can go fast - or slowly - and right now it is going slowly. I'm taking it quite calmly and as it comes. I'm waiting for the right bid, and then will accept what's best for me, but right now I'm really happy to be here at F.C. Copenhagen.
"It was cool to hear the reception I got, it was great and I'm really happy about it, it means a lot that our fans like me.
"For F.C. Copenhagen is important to get into the Conference League. The group stage is important for the club."
