FCK take over ticket sales
15/01 2016 14:02
After several years with Billetlugen as our ticket supplier, FC Copenhagen will now handle ticket sales ourselves in order to create a greater flexibility for all our guests.
This will give our fans a number of new opportunities, especially in combination with our loyalty programme VoresKBH (“Our CPH”).
While developing VoresKBH, we have worked intensely to modernise our ticket systems and are now able to handle all sales and customer relations ourselves.
We have already launched an app which enables you to keep your season card on your smartphone as well as being able to pre-order food and beverages from your phone and avoid the queue.
In the future, you will also be able to buy tickets directly from your smartphone and season card-holders will have the opportunity to forward their ticket to a friend if they cannot attend a game themselves. It is also possible to change your fixed seat, should you wish to sit next to friends or family at one of the games.
Moreover, we have introduced an interest-free installment plan for season cards, allowing you to pay off your season card over a longer period of time without increasing the costs. Another feature integrated in your season card is the so-called e-cash which e.g. enables you to buy products in our Fanshop.
We are delighted to introduce the new ticket system and expect tickets for our first Alka Superliga-game in Telia Parken against Esbjerg (28 February) to be available within a few days at billet.fck.dk.
Billetlugen will continue to handle certain events like the Top Charlie-concert in Telia Parken in April 2016.
