Noah Sahsah heads to Rosenborg BK on loan
Noah Sahsah has moved to Rosenborg BK on loan after returning from a knee injury that has kept him sidelined for most of year.
The 19-year-old's move will hopefully see him return to peak form.
“Noah needs to get out and play matches, and right now, he is too far from the first team in Copenhagen,” says Sports Director Sune Smith-Nielsen.
“He needs to regain his form and rhythm after his injury, and the loan agreement with Rosenborg provides a great opportunity for that.
“Noah is an incredibly talented player with some very exciting skills. He is one of our own, and he has something special. We are excited to follow Noah's development and hope to see him back at his high level again. He certainly deserves it."
Sahsah: Rebuilding match fitness
Sahsah has played three matches for FCK's first team, making his debut on 17 March 2022, where he got 15 minutes against PSV in the UEFA Europa Conference League Round of 16. Now, he is heading north to get back into regular playing time.
“For me, it is extremely important to get out and rediscover the feeling of playing matches,” says Sahsah.
“I know Alfred (Johansson, Rosenborg's head coach) from his time at F.C. Copenhagen, so he knows my qualities, and I see it as a strength that we have a shared history.
“I’m heading to Norway to give all what I have, and I am very much looking forward to playing again soon."
Everyone at F.C. Copenhagen wishes Noah Sahsah the best of luck at Rosenborg.
